1. Digital Download Products & DDI's (Digital Download Images)
Products are digital download images, which means they are non-tangible and delivered electronically. Once a digital download has been purchased and downloaded, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from downloading or accessing the purchased images, please contact info@smesign.shop within 24 hours of the purchase date. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, issue a refund or provide assistance in resolving the problem.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital download image more than once, please contact info@smesign.shop within 24 hours of the purchase date. We will verify the duplicate purchase and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or decide that you no longer need the digital download images after purchase.
